Dorian Frère, MBA | REALTOR® | Associate Broker

A REALTOR® since 2010, Dorian brings an unusual combination of real estate, business and hands-on property experience to her clients.

Over the past 13 years, she has personally built or renovated 11 residential properties and worked on the design and development of four CIR Realty offices. Combined with her background in Home Marketing, Staging and space design, that experience gives Dorian a practical understanding of how homes function, how they can be improved and how best to position them for market.

She uses that experience to help Sellers make thoughtful decisions about what is — and isn't — worth doing before they list, and to help Buyers recognize possibilities in properties they might otherwise overlook.

An MBA and former Executive Management Consultant, Dorian has led operations for CIR Realty’s Red Deer Region since 2013. Her work with CIR has also included a six-month consultancy during which she designed the brokerage’s REALTOR® Onboarding Program.

Dorian is a Partner with John Frère Realty, a husband-wife real estate business at CIR Realty working primarily in the Red Deer Region.
